Michelle Brazel

Michelle Brazel has over 20 years of experience in the customer service and professional services industries. Michelle began their career in 2000 as a Business Analyst and Senior Instructor at Motive, Inc., where they conducted business analysis and training in call centers located in the US, Canada and Western Europe. In 2006, they joined Conduent as a Manager of Professional Services and later became a Customer Success Director. In this role, they were responsible for understanding customers' business needs and developing XML models to support them, managing and mentoring other business analysts, and acting as a "translator" between customers and technical staff. In 2018, they joined Lancet Registry Solutions, LLC / ZPD Solutions, LLC as the Director of Customer Solutions. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Senior Manager at InductiveHealth Informatics.

Michelle Brazel obtained their Certification in Elementary Education from The University of Texas at Austin between 1994 and 1996. Michelle then obtained their BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland between 1988 and 1992. In 2014, they obtained their PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
