Geneva Ditaranto

Geneva DiTaranto has over a decade of experience in administrative and personnel roles within military and corporate environments. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at Inductotherm Corp. since November 2013, Geneva has honed skills in business continuity planning and crisis management. Previous roles include managing a contract for Eagle Support Services Corporation, overseeing a team supporting US Army National Guard and Reserves mobilization, and providing personnel services for The Logistics Company, where significant contributions were made to demobilization processes for soldiers returning from deployment. Geneva holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Rutgers University and Rutgers University - Camden.
