Erik Murphy

Erik Murphy is the founder and developer of Induro. Erik has also worked for Volant Systems LLC and FUJIFILM Medical Systems U.S.A., Inc. as a web application developer and senior developer, respectively.

Erik has extensive experience in requirements gathering, documentation, project management, testing, database and code design and development. Erik is skilled in multiple programming languages, including Java, JSP, Javascript, C# and Flex. Erik also has experience with portal environments, such as JBoss, and various software applications, such as Jasper, MySQL, MS SQL 2008, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS.

Erik’s focus is on developing systems that collect and analyze data to aid in training enhancement in order to reduce risk and increase performance. Their work on an integrated training system for the USMC using Java, JSP, Javascript, Jasper and MySQL earned him recognition within their previous company. Erik also led the development of a web-based style guide for a radiology software project with associated shared base LESS/CSS and 3rd party libraries. In addition, they worked on a side project integrating an older radiology system with Google Glass.

Erik Murphy completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and holds certification from Coursera in Architecting with Google Cloud Platform Specialization.
