Dafne Sanac

Dafne Sanac currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations at INDUS Holding AG since March 2020. Previously, Dafne held the position of Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Finance at Vapiano from October 2018 to September 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles in investor and credit relations at Ströer SE & Co. KGaA and as an Investor Relations Analyst at Balfour Beatty plc. Dafne's early career involved corporate finance, M&A, and transaction services at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt, Mazars Hemmelrath, and maconda Corporate Development. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Finance from Bayes Business School, an MA in International Economic Management from the University of Birmingham, a BA in Politics and Communication Studies from the University of Liverpool, and various certifications and training programs, including the ICA ® International Certified Accountant designation obtained in 2018.
