Kartick Das has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Indus Net Technologies since October 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Web Developer at Confidant Media Pvt. Ltd. from March 2014 to October 2015. From April 2013 to February 2014, they worked as a Web developer at Nextgen Technologies.

Kartick Das completed their Higher Secondary education from Sodepur Chandrachur Vidyapith between 2003 and 2005, specializing in Pure Science. Following that, they pursued a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree with a focus on Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University during the period of 2010 to 2012.
