Rupak Som

Rupak Som began their work experience in 2016 as an HR Recruiter at Orion Edutech Pvt. Ltd., where they were responsible for understanding requirements, sourcing candidates, and conducting screenings. In 2020, they joined iMerit Technology as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition, managing the end-to-end recruitment process and overseeing interviews and selections. Currently, Rupak works at Indus Net Technologies as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition, starting in 2022.

Rupak Som completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Calcutta University in Kolkata from 2013 to 2016.
