Gopinath Perkinian MBA

Gopinath Perkinian has over 11 years of work experience, starting in 2010 with Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they worked as a Programmer Analyst. In this role, they developed automation tools and optimized SAS codes, resulting in significant time and cost savings for clients.

In 2014, Gopinath joined Cognizant as a Product Business Analyst in the Cognizant Business Consulting department. Gopinath managed key modules of an enterprise-level product, ensured product release milestones were met, and handled integration exercises. Gopinath also analyzed business requirements and assisted in building product roadmaps.

Gopinath then moved to Virtusa in 2016, where they initially served as a Pre-sales Lead Consultant before becoming a Client Services Manager in 2017. In these roles, they developed strategic go-to-market plans, prepared executive presentations, and negotiated contract terms with clients. Gopinath successfully achieved sales targets and played a key role in winning new logos for the company.

From 2018 to 2022, Gopinath worked at Thryve Digital Health LLP as a Strategic Product Manager and Advisor. Gopinath created and supported business cases, collaborated with technology firms to enhance the healthcare product's quality, and provided growth consulting services to reduce per member per month costs. Gopinath also piloted the building of an enterprise product framework and implemented various initiatives to improve sales projections and customer experiences.

Currently, Gopinath is a Product Manager at Indus OS, starting in 2022.

Gopinath Perkinian holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. In 2013-2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in I.T Operations and Marketing from the Great Lakes Institute of Management. Recently, in 2020, they enrolled in Duke University to study Product Management, specifically focusing on Product Strategy, Roadmap, and Development. Additionally, Gopinath completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from Anna University between 2006 and 2010. Furthermore, they attended Vetri Vikkas Boarding School for their 12th grade with a focus on Bio and Maths, and chettinad vidhyashram for their 10th grade, following the CBSE curriculum.

Gopinath Perkinian has obtained several certifications throughout their education and career. In 2014, they earned the PAHM (AHM 250) certification from America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). In 2012, they obtained the Base SAS certification from SAS. In 2019, Gopinath became a Professional Scrum Master certified by Scrum Alliance. In 2020, they achieved the Advanced RPA Professional certification from Automation Anywhere and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Moreover, in 2020, they also obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. Lastly, in 2021, Gopinath Perkinian became a Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Architect certified by Google.
