Enrique Padua

Enrique Padua has work experience spanning over two decades. Enrique began their career in 1998 with the US Navy, where they held various roles such as Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Operations Team Lead, Recruiter, and Maintenance Operations Supervisor. Enrique then served as a Warfare Certification Coordinator and later as a Maintenance Operations Director, a role they held for multiple years. In 2021, they became a Ready Relevant Learning Operation Supervisor before joining INDUS Technology, Inc. in 2023 as an Installation Coordination Team Project Manager. Throughout their career, Enrique has gained extensive experience in maintenance operations, team leadership, recruitment, and project management.
