Joey Tompkins

Joey Tompkins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2013, they worked as a Compliance Intern at the University of California, San Diego Department of Athletics, where they managed recruiting logistics for prospective student-athletes. Joey then transitioned to Barrabés.biz in 2015 as a Marketing Intern, conducting market research and analyzing the European start-up market. In 2016, Joey joined Insight Global as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager. Joey then moved on to Sentek Global in 2017, where they first served as a Talent Acquisition Partner, leading recruitment efforts for three business units. Later, they became a Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing the nationwide recruitment strategy for federal contracts. From 2021 to 2022, Joey worked at Deloitte as the Lead Recruiter for the Southern California Region, responsible for aligning hiring efforts with sector growth strategies. Presently, Joey holds the position of Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development at INDUS Technology, Inc., where they provide oversight for the Talent Acquisition team and manages department metrics and activities.

Joey Tompkins attended UC San Diego from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/International Relations.
