AJAY ARORA has extensive experience in supply chain and sourcing management, currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Indus Towers Limited since September 2015. Prior to this role, AJAY worked at GE Energy Connections from January 2001 to September 2015 as a Sr. Sourcing Leader, achieving significant cost reductions and launching strategic sourcing programs worth $400MM. AJAY's career also includes positions as a Design Engineer at Bentex Electricals Pvt. Ltd and Toolroom Engineer at both Havells India Ltd and Vimal Moulder's India Ltd, focusing on vendor development, production planning, and quality issue resolution. AJAY holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering, earned between 2002 and 2006.
