Awantika Mohan

Awantika Mohan is currently serving as a Human Resource Business Analyst at Indus Towers Limited since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Community Lead at BW Businessworld from July 2023 to May 2024, and internships at NITI Aayog in the Behavioral Insights Unit and Sustainable Development Goals Division in early 2023 and late 2022, respectively. Awantika has also worked as an MBA Consultant at Unilever and as a Strategy & Human Resource Development Consultant at Leges Consultants. Earlier professional experience includes various positions at EY, progressing from Assurance Associate to Audit Senior Level 2 from 2014 to 2019. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Exeter Business School, a Master of Commerce from Annamalai University, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University.
