Rupak Gautam

Rupak Gautam has 25 years of experience in supply chain management, sourcing, procurement, operations management, greenfield and brownfield project management, strategic management, partner development and management, contracts management, logistics and warehousing, and general management. Rupak has worked in globally largest manufacturing facilities and has handled very large scale operations with Hero Motocorp and Samsung Electronics. Currently, they are working as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Indus Towers Limited. Prior to this, they were the Head of Projects & Utilities at Hero MotoCorp Ltd and the Senior Manager of Projects & Utilities at Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd. Rupak also worked as an Assistant Manager of Projects & Utilities at Samsung Electronics and as a Technical Executive at Paharpur Cooling Towers.

Rupak Gautam has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from J T Mahajan College of Engineering, Faizpur, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Rupak then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Operations Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, completing it in the year 2010. In 2017, Rupak participated in the Management Development Program at XLRI Jamshedpur. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, for the Senior Management Program, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
