Charu Sachdeva Mathur

Charu Mathur is Head-Business Strategy & New Initiatives at IndusInd Bank. As part of this role, she is responsible for overall business strategy, identifying new growth areas for the bank and transforming existing lines of businesses to improve productivity and efficiency. She also heads Digital Lending for Retail and MSME segments and is responsible for design of new digital lending products & platforms, development of new underwriting models and management of alliances / partnerships, as well as portfolio & risk analytics. Prior to joining IndusInd Bank, Charu worked at Boston Consulting Group advising clients in financial services and telecom. Charu is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad.
