Ruchir Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital initiatives within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Lead of Digital Initiatives at IndusInd Bank since February 2024, Ruchir previously held the position of Assistant Vice President - Digital at Tata Capital from May 2016 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading a team of digital product managers to enhance customer experience through automation and the successful launch of 100% paperless loan journeys.
