Shobhit Nagpal

Shobhit Nagpal is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in business leadership and sales management. Currently serving as the Business Head at IndusInd Bank since October 2022, Shobhit previously held significant roles at YES BANK, including Head of Rural Asset Sales and Product, where responsibilities included compliance for approximately 400 branches and rural asset product management. Earlier, Shobhit managed regional operations at ICICI Bank, overseeing rural asset sales and branch performance across North India. Prior experience includes sales management positions at 3M and Colgate-Palmolive. Shobhit holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Allahabad.
