Soumitra Sen

Soumitra Sen has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, currently serving as the Country Head for Consumer Banking & Marketing at IndusInd Bank in India since April 2008. Prior to this role, Soumitra held the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Branch Banking at IndusInd Bank. With previous roles at RBS as Senior Vice President and Regional Consumer Banking Head for the West region, and at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in various senior positions including Regional Consumer Banking Head for East and South, Soumitra developed a robust foundation in consumer banking. Additionally, experience includes positions at Deutsche Bank and Bank of America, complementing a career that began at Nestle India as a Sales Manager. Educational credentials include an Executive Program in Management from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta.
