Abhishek Das

Abhishek Das has a wide range of work experience. Abhishek began their career in 2013 as a Legal Intern at STOP (Stop Trafficking and Oppression of Children And Women). During their internship, they researched on the protocols of repatriation of survivors of cross-border trafficking, conducted a survey of the Tughalakabad Commuity and presented a map with indicators of basic amenities and service delivered by government, and participated in the “National Consultation on Cross-Border Trafficking” held at New Delhi. In 2016, they interned for Mr. Surren Uppal, Advocate, Supreme Court of India. In 2017, they interned for Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe and conducted legal research on various legal propositions, assisted in the filing of civil suits under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002, assisted in filings before the Hon’ble Debt Recovery Tribunal, New Delhi, assisted in preparation of briefs for various mediation proceedings between corporate entities, and assisted in drafting Special Leave Petitions, Interlocutory Applications, Counter/Rejoinders Affidavits and Civil Suits before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. In 2018, they became the Social Media Manager at Infinite Detours. In 2019, they were the Assistant Editor at LAWyersclubindia.com. In 2020, they became a Strategy Consultant at Economic Laws Practice (ELP). In 2021, they were the Assistant Manager - Strategy & Planning at HSA Advocates. Currently, they are the Assistant Manager - Practice Development & Branding at IndusLaw.

Abhishek Das completed their B.A.L.L.B from the National Law University, Odisha in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School, Nalco Nagar, Angul from 2006 to 2012. No additional certifications have been listed.
