Dr. Jayanarayanan N.R

Dr. Jayanarayanan N.R has held various roles in the field of Human Resources since 2002. Dr. Jayanarayanan began their career as a Human Resources Manager for GE, then moved to Syntel as a Vertical HR Leader in 2006. In 2007, they became a Senior Manager HR at 3 Global Services, followed by an Assistant Vice President role at Deutsche Bank in 2008. In 2010, they joined Amarchand Mangaldas as Director of Human Resources and in 2015, they moved to Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in the same role. In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Link Legal India Law Services and currently holds the same role at IndusLaw.

Dr. Jayanarayanan N.R's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Sacred Heart College, Thevara, Kochi from 1995-1996, a B Tech from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam from 1996-2000, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2000-2002, a Master of Business Law from the National Law School of India University from 2011-2014, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 2019-2021.
