Priya Udita is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various capacities, including Senior Associate at IndusLaw and multiple roles as a Legal Associate at Algo Legal, Vinod Kothari Consultants, and Abhay Nevagi & Associates Advocates. Priya began a career in law as a Legal Intern at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. Priya holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with a focus on Merger & Acquisition from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, completed in 2019, and also obtained a Diploma in Tax Law/Taxation from the same institution in 2017.
