Neil C. has extensive experience in project management and overseeing construction projects for government and commercial clients. Neil has a Master of Science in Project Management from Northwestern University, a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology and Management from Illinois State University, and a Certificate in Total Quality Management from DePaul University. Throughout their career, Neil has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects and led teams to deliver high-quality construction services.

Currently Celebrating 30 years, Industria is a Professional Construction Services firm. We provide General Contracting and Construction Management Services for commercial facilities. For the last 25 years, Industria has been providing professional Construction Services. For each project, we implement professional project management processes and project controls to safely deliver our clients construction projects. We believe it's important to partner with our clients and working as a team to deliver the project. A project cannot be delivered successfully without the cooperation of a team which includes the Owner, Architect, Engineers, Subcontractors, Vendors and any other Stakeholders. We understand that keeping everyone on a project working together in a harmonious fashion is a highly complex task requiring planning, coordination, cooperation, communication and sometimes - compromise. Our project managers proactively implement project controls with early warning systems to catch potential issues. Successful construction projects do not simply happen; they are made to happen. At Industria, we are construction project managers that - 'make it happen'. We generally perform as Prime, but can also bid and provide self-performance utilizing our Union trades. Industria is a Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB CVE) Small Business, SBA 8(a) Graduate. We are also a certified MBE/DBE, SDB firm.
