Jonathan Hezhu Jiang has a diverse range of work experience in the banking industry. Jonathan Hezhu started their career as a Personal Banking Manager at China Construction Bank in 2007. Jonathan Hezhu then moved to ICBC (Asia) in 2011, where they held roles as an Assistant Vice President in the Retail Banking Department and later as a Senior Manager in the Personal Banking Department. In these positions, they focused on cross-border business development, product innovation, and customer acquisition. Jonathan Hezhu achieved growth targets and implemented smart systems to improve account opening services. In 2019, Jonathan joined Bank of China (Asia) as the Section Head of the Wealth Management Advisory Team in the Private Banking Department, where they maintained relationships with high-net-worth customers and provided wealth management services. Most recently, in 2022, they joined the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) as the Branch Sales Support Head in the Channel Management Department. In this role, they formulate sales strategies and plans, provides sales team training, and develops and maintains customer relations with branch RMs.
Jonathan Hezhu Jiang pursued their Bachelor's degree in English from Wuhan University between 2003 and 2007. Later on, they enrolled at HKU Business School and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2023 to 2025.
