Oscar Chan has been working in the field of IT for several years, gaining experience in system analysis, programming, and project implementation. Currently serving as Deputy IT Manager at ICBC (Asia), Oscar has also worked as a System Analyst at CISD (Asia) CO. LTD and as a Programmer at Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited. With a Master's degree in Information Technology from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Oscar has a solid educational background to support their professional career.
