Rod Lai

Rod Lai, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Rod is currently a Standing Committee Member of the Hong Kong Sports Stars Awards Organizing Committee at the Sports Federation & Olympic Committee of Hong Kong. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Community at the Hong Kong Rugby Union. In 2019, they were an Advisor at the Hult Prize Foundation, an organization that empowers young people to create for-good for-profit businesses. Rod also held various roles at ICBC (Asia), including Managing Director of the Greater Bay Area Corporate Banking Department and Executive Director. Rod Lai was also the President of the Hong Kong City Rugby Club and previously worked as a Rugby Team Coach at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Additionally, they served as a Team Manager for the Senior Warriors XVs National Team at the Hong Kong Rugby Union.

Rod Lai, MBA began their education journey in 2017 when they enrolled at HKUST where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Rod completed this program in 2019.
