John Ethridge

John Ethridge has extensive work experience in various roles related to engineering and project management.

John is currently employed at Sync E&PM, Inc. since August 2021.

Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Industrial Automated Systems, Inc. starting in May 2018.

From March 2015 to May 2018, they held the role of Process Controls Engineer at MicroThermics Inc.

Before that, they worked as a Controls Engineer at Axon Corp. from June 2014 to March 2015.

John gained experience as an Electrical Engineer Intern at Daifuku America from January 2014 to April 2014.

Furthermore, they served as a QA/Production Engineer Intern at Indiana Tube Corporation from July 2013 to November 2013.

John also has a background in the military, specifically in the Army National Guard, where they served as a Section Chief from September 2007 to September 2013.

Lastly, they started their career as a Machine Operator at Krieger Ragsdale from August 2004 to August 2007.

John Ethridge earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern Indiana, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. John later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same university from 2017 to 2018. John also obtained various certifications, including a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certificate from the Scrum Alliance in February 2022, an FE Exam certificate from NCEES in May 2014, an OSHA 30 - Construction certificate from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in March 2014, and a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2018.
