John Bolland

John Bolland has a diverse and extensive work experience in the chemical industry. John started their career in 1991 as an Engineer at Laporte Absorbents Ltd, where they worked on commissioning and maintenance of production units. John then joined Industrial Chemicals Group Ltd in 1992 as a Process Engineer, responsible for existing production processes and inventing a new material. Subsequently, John worked at Industrial Zeolite (UK) Ltd as a Project Engineer involved in designing and commissioning new projects. In 1995, they became a Project Manager at Industrial Chemicals Group Ltd, overseeing new production unit projects across multiple sites. Finally, in 2014, they were promoted to the role of Associate Director - Engineering at Industrial Chemicals Ltd. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in project management, engineering, and maintenance.

John Bolland attended North Cestrian Grammar School from 1981 to 1988, where they received 11 'O' levels and 4 'A' levels. John then went on to study at Nottingham Trent University from 1988 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Engineering, honours degree (B.Eng.) with a focus on Mechanical and Process Engineering.
