Kathleen Aicardi

Kathleen Aicardi is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Industrial Communications since September 2022, Kathleen focuses on streamlining HR operations and maintaining employee confidentiality. Previously, as a Career Coach at One Life At A Time, Inc., Kathleen aided individuals in securing job placements by providing comprehensive coaching on resume writing and interview skills. Kathleen's long tenure at Planet Fitness included roles as Payroll Manager and Human Resources Manager/Office Manager, where responsibilities encompassed payroll management for multiple entities and establishing HR processes to enhance employee relations. Additionally, Kathleen has experience in education as an Adult Education Instructor and Life Balance Coach at Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc. and Quincy College, respectively.
