Jay Williams

Jay Williams serves as the CEO of Industrial Defender, a company dedicated to protecting critical infrastructure from cyberattacks through innovative OT cybersecurity solutions. With extensive experience in the field, Jay has held several leadership roles, including Managing Director at EY, where responsibilities included leading OT/IoT cybersecurity practices, and Vice President at Parsons Corporation, focusing on cyber infrastructure protection. In addition to professional roles, Jay volunteers on the Cybersecurity Advisory Council for the Syracuse City School District, educating students on information security. Jay's career also includes significant positions at Siemens and Veracity Industrial Networks, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
