Scott Tsukamaki is a highly experienced design professional currently serving as a Senior Lead Designer at Fluke Corporation, where responsibilities include mentoring teams in product planning and executing early-stage product development using Design Thinking. With a robust background in industrial design and user experience, Scott has contributed to significant product launches generating multimillion-dollar revenues, such as the ii900 acoustic camera and various other mobile and project management products. Scott is also a partner and designer at KINBUILT, focusing on innovative baby and kids' products, and has held leadership roles within the Industrial Designers Society of America. An academic contributor as a lecturer at the University of Washington, Scott has taught design methods and led research initiatives backed by major industry partnerships. Additionally, Scott has co-founded Studio SMT, providing consultancy in industrial design since 2009, and has previously held positions at companies such as Mason and Aqua Lung, further demonstrating a commitment to advancing design solutions across diverse sectors.

Founded in 1965, the nonprofit Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) is one of the oldest and largest membership associations for industrial design professionals. IDSA has thousands of members in dozens of Professional Chapters, Student Chapters, and Special Interest Sections in the United States and internationally.
