Lydia Mdaka

Lydia Mdaka possesses extensive experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, having served in various leadership roles at notable organizations. At the Industrial Development Corporation of SA Ltd. (IDC), Lydia progressed from Head of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness to acting leadership positions in Learning and Development, as well as Total Rewards and Shared Services from April 2018 to December 2020. An earlier tenure at African Bank as Head of Organizational Effectiveness spanned from July 2010 to March 2018. Prior roles include Group Talent Manager at Howden and multiple HR positions at Edcon, including Operations Manager HR and Divisional HR Manager. Lydia also worked as a Group Assessments Specialist at the Auditor-General of South Africa in 2006. Educational qualifications include a B.
