Nthabiseng Ntsele

Nthabiseng Ntsele serves as the Head of the Legal Services Department at the Industrial Development Corporation since January 2022. Previously, Nthabiseng held various leadership positions at Absa Group from October 2017 to December 2021, including Head of Transactional Banking Legal and Head of WLLT and Business Support & Restructures. Nthabiseng has extensive experience in governance as a Non-Executive Director at Auto Bavaria Midrand and Solms-Delta Wine Estate, as well as contributing to the National Empowerment Fund as Head of Legal Services. Nthabiseng's early career includes significant roles at TGR Attorneys and Bowman Gilfillan, with a focus on project finance at the Industrial Development Corporation of SA Ltd. Nthabiseng holds a BA and LLB from Wits University.
