Courtney Arthur

Courtney Arthur is a Senior Associate at Industrial Economics, Incorporated, since November 2014, specializing in the restoration of natural systems impacted by man-made contaminants, with expertise in natural resource damage assessment, environmental data management, monitoring program development, and marine pollution science.
