Benjamin MacBeth is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in engineering and product development across various industries. Currently serving as the Project Manager for New Product Introduction at Industrial Electric Mfg. since July 2024, Benjamin previously held roles such as Senior Project Manager at MARKS Design and Metalworks, where expertise in stainless steel fabrication for biogas installations was developed. Prior experience includes leading eMobility projects at Consolidated Metco, managing engineering teams at Fellowes Brands, and contributing to product development at Masonite International and Navistar Inc. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University and Northern Illinois University, Benjamin's leadership encompasses cross-functional team management, new product development processes, and strategic project oversight, complemented by a background in psychological operations as a Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve.
