Tim Coleman

Timothy Coleman is an electronic products professional in electronics markets serving the military and commercial markets. In his current role as the Director of Operations, Industrial Electronics Services, Inc. in Gray, Tennessee, Tim works with the IES Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, operational objectives, and production goals through relentless pursuits in quality excellence and continuous improvement utilizing LEAN principles. Prior to joining Industrial Electronics Services, Tim worked for Siemens, Federal Express, Southwest Tennessee Community College, Texas Instruments, ITT and DoD/NATO in research & amp; development, manufacturing, product deployment and business development in the US, Japan, UK, Germany, and Mexico.
