Tim Fabian

Tim Fabian is currently an advisor at Industrial Exchange. Tim has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including positions at Bystronic Group, GRUNDFOS, and Flow International.

Fabian started their career at Flow International in 1998 as a Sr. Applications/Sales Engineer. Tim was promoted to Market Segment Manager in 2005 and then to Manager, Global Product Marketing in 2009. In 2011, they were promoted again to Global Director of Service and Aftermarket, a position they held until 2014 when they left for GRUNDFOS.

At GRUNDFOS, Fabian served as the Director of Aftermarket Sales and Service from 2014 to 2018. Tim then left to join Bystronic Group as the Vice President of Aftermarket Services, a position they held until 2020.

Tim Fabian has a degree in Business Administration from Penn State University and a degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Western Illinois University.
