Kristin Smith currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the President/Chief Executive Officer at Industrial Federal Credit Union, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Kristin worked at Lafayette Family YMCA as a Fitness Instructor from April 2009 to January 2022. Additional experience includes serving as the Chancellor’s Office Coordinator at Ivy Tech Community College from November 2020 to April 2021 and as the Title Administrator at DeFOUW Nissan of Lafayette from April 2018 to June 2020. Kristin Smith holds a degree in Sociology with a minor in Communication from Purdue University.
