Robert Mott

Robert Mott has extensive experience in sales and management within the manufacturing and process industries. Currently serving as Canadian Co-manager and PNW Regional Manager at Industrial Flow Solutions since June 2021, Robert oversees over 30 distributors and manages a team of 100 sales and application engineers. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager, Co-Owner of Pump-Dynamics, and Americas Key Accounts Manager at BASF/Chemetall, among others. Robert's background reflects a strong focus on revenue growth, strategic planning, and enhancing client satisfaction. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Central Missouri.
