Amy Moorcroft

Amy Moorcroft is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the visual effects and animation industry. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Industrial Light & Magic since May 2019, Amy has contributed to significant projects including "Thunderbolts," "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny," and "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker." Additionally, Amy co-led the Green Team's Vancouver Chapter and participated on the Global Content Review Council for Lucasfilm. Prior to this role, Amy held positions at Double Negative as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Mikros Animation as a Recruitment Specialist, and The Third Floor as a Recruiter. Amy completed a BA in Cinema, Photography and Television at the University of Leeds and has been involved in various initiatives to promote talent acquisition in the creative sectors throughout a career spanning over a decade.
