Kacy McDonald

Kacy McDonald is an accomplished Executive Producer with extensive experience in the visual effects and film production industries. Currently at Industrial Light & Magic since January 2021, Kacy oversees a diverse project portfolio for high-profile clients such as Lucasfilm, Disney, and Netflix, focusing on strategic operations and financial reliability. Previous roles include Senior Visual Effects Producer at the same company, Executive Producer and Visual Effects Producer at Technicolor Creative Studios, and various positions at Animal Logic and Endemol Shine Group, managing all aspects of production and post-production. Kacy holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts - Communication Studies from the University of Newcastle and is furthering education in Mental Health First Aid and HR Essentials.
