Luan Nguyen

Luan Nguyen is a seasoned visual effects professional with extensive experience in digital matte painting, concept artistry, and 3D environment creation. Currently serving as a Senior Generalist at Industrial Light & Magic since January 2022, Luan has contributed to major projects such as "Haunted Mansion" and the "Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi" series. Prior to this role, Luan was the Head of the DMP Department at Cyclo VFX, overseeing numerous projects including Netflix series like "All of Us Are Dead" and "Sweet Home." Luan's background also includes significant positions at Rising Sun Pictures and Double Negative, where a diverse range of blockbuster films was enhanced by Luan's artistic skills. Additionally, Luan has experience as a lecturer at 3dsense Media School and has been instrumental in establishing training programs in previous roles. Luan holds degrees from 3dsense Media School and LASALLE College of the Arts.
