Nathan Camp has extensive experience in the fields of virtual production and motion capture, currently serving as a Virtual Production Technical Director and Motion Capture Performer at Industrial Light & Magic since April 2017. With a background that includes martial arts and theater, Nathan has contributed to a variety of character and creature motions for both film and games. Previous roles include Virtual Production Stage Technician and Technical Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed motion capture operations and render job maintenance. Prior to ILM, Nathan worked as a Multimedia Designer at Torklift International, focusing on art assets and advertisement development. Additionally, experience as a Teacher Assistant and Student Instructor at the Academy of Interactive Entertainment showcases Nathan's commitment to education in 3D design and animation. Nathan holds an advanced diploma in animation and visual effects from the Academy of Interactive Entertainment and is currently pursuing further education at Southern Oregon University.
