Scott Dawkins

Scott Dawkins is a seasoned visual effects artist with extensive experience in digital compositing and roto/paint techniques. Currently serving as Lead Digital Compositor at Industrial Light & Magic since July 2015, Scott has played a pivotal role in high-profile projects. Prior tenure includes significant contributions at Framestore, where responsibilities included Jnr Compositor roles on films such as "The Martian," "Pan," and "Dracula Untold," as well as leadership as Head of Film Paint & Roto on major projects like "Guardians of the Galaxy" and "Jupiter Ascending." Earlier career experiences at Glassworks and The Mill provided a strong foundation in roto/paint artistry. Scott holds a degree in Digital 3D Design from the University for the Creative Arts, further enhancing expertise in visual media.
