Andy Haarklau

Andy Haarklau has a diverse work experience starting from 1997 to 2016. Andy began their career as a Summer Laborer at Great Lakes Gas Transmission and then worked as an Intern at MA Mortenson from 2000 to 2001. Andy then moved on to work as a Warehouse Manager at Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors from 2002 to 2004. Andy then joined Ryan Companies US, Inc. as a Project Manager from 2004 to 2009. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Industrial Lubricant Company (ILCO) in various roles, starting as a Sales Representative and later becoming the Vice President and eventually the President.

Andy Haarklau earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in the years 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they received a BS degree in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota from 2002 to 2004. Beginning in 1998 and concluding in 2001, they obtained another BS degree in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University.
