IPS’s innovative training approach strategically and efficiently maximizes performance resulting in:
qualified cross-trained team members, and better manpower utilization, which reduces the overall  amount of manpower resulting in significant cost reduction. IPS is currently implementing this form of training for
manpower in the Mechatronics program at multiple manufacturing facilities for troubleshooting
automated systems and the repair and maintenance of equipment.
