Andrew Toadvine

Andrew Toadvine is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at IPS (Industrial Power Systems) since January 2024, Andrew previously held the position of Project Manager at RUPP/ROSEBROCK, INC. from September 2018 to February 2024. Andrew's career began in the US Army, where a role as a Construction Engineering Technician and Project Manager spanned from January 1994 to December 2019, including service as a Construction Engineering Technician Warrant Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Additional experience encompasses roles as General Superintendent at Rupp/Rosebrock Inc., Journeyman Commercial Carpenter at Carpenter Local Union 1138, and various carpentry positions at Link Custom Builders and Rhoads Construction.
