Joye Garrett

Joye Garrett, PHR has a range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Joye is currently employed at Industrial Project Innovation, where they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director from November 2020 to March 2022, and as the Human Resources Manager from January 2020 to October 2020. Before joining Industrial Project Innovation, Joye worked at Wood as a Human Resources Business Partner from March 2010 to January 2020. Joye also gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Palmetto Management and Engineering from 2007 to 2009, and at Global Performance from 2007 to 2009.

Joye Garrett, PHR obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Winthrop University between 1983 and 1987. In 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Master of Human Resource Development degree, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, at Clemson University.
