Greg Hipp

Greg Hipp is a seasoned professional in real estate operations with extensive experience in property and asset management. Currently, Greg serves as Chief Operating Officer at Industrial Realty Group, LLC since May 2024. Previously, Greg was President of IRG Realty Advisors, LLC from 2013 to September 2024, leading daily operations for over 150 employees and overseeing a portfolio of nearly 100 million square feet across 28 states, coordinating multiple service lines including property management, transaction management, and development services. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President and Director of Property Management at IRG and Senior Property Manager at Ohio Realty Advisors. Greg began a career in facility management with the Cleveland Browns, where responsibilities included ensuring optimal operations for the training facility. Greg holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Business and a Bachelor’s degree from Baldwin Wallace University.
