Jake Bellinger

Jake Bellinger is a seasoned project executive at Industrial Realty Group, LLC, since June 2021, with extensive experience in construction management. Prior to this role, Bellinger served as a superintendent at Welty Building Company from June 2012 to July 2021, overseeing notable projects such as the Timken World Headquarters and the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in its various phases. Bellinger also held the position of field supervisor at Graves Lumber Company and worked as a carpenter at Excalibur Associated Services before transitioning to project management. Bellinger holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University and is a graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School.
