Brandon Bernola

Brandon Bernola has a strong background in software development and quality assurance. Brandon worked at Industrial Scientific from September 2014 to the present, starting as a Technical Support member of the Software Team before moving on to become a Software Quality Assurance Analyst and then a Software Developer In Test. In these roles, Brandon developed and maintained automation frameworks, created automated tests for new features, and translated manual test cases into automated scripts. Brandon also participated in process improvement and customer collaboration initiatives. Brandon demonstrated leadership skills by effectively managing offshore teams and completing leadership development and management training courses. Prior to Industrial Scientific, Brandon worked as a Patient Relations Coordinator at UPMC from July 2012 to September 2014.

Brandon Bernola obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Analytics from Robert Morris University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Penn State University from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degrees, Brandon has obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in July 2018 and as a Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) from the QAI Global Institute in December 2016.
