Mary Jo D. has extensive experience in safety management and executive support. Currently, as the FSO / Safety & Training Manager at Industrial Smoke & Mirrors since June 2014, Mary Jo oversees security and safety programs while providing education and training to personnel. Prior to this role, from June 2002 to March 2014, Mary Jo served as a C-Level Executive Assistant at Hermann Engelmann Greenhouses, Inc., where responsibilities included executive support, customer service, travel arrangements, financial record-keeping, and event planning. Mary Jo holds a Bachelor of Arts in English-Creative Writing and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Secondary Education from the University of Central Florida, along with an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Eastern Florida State College.
