Dustin Hickey

Dustin Hickey, CSP, CRSP, CMIOSH has an extensive work experience in the health, safety, and environment (HSE) field. Dustin is currently serving as the Senior Vice President, HSE at Industrial Specialty Services (ISS), where they are responsible for world-class HSE performance across the organization. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, HSE at ISS.

Before joining ISS, Dustin worked at Maviro Inc. as the Vice President, EHS, where they led the integration of multiple companies into one consolidated corporate HSE management system. Their responsibilities included ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and transportation regulations.

Dustin also has experience working at Cajun Industries, LLC, where they held progressive roles starting as a Senior Safety Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Safety. At Cajun Industries, they oversaw the implementation of safety measures and protocols for various construction projects.

Prior to joining Cajun Industries, Dustin worked as a Regional Safety Manager at PALA Interstate, where they were responsible for overseeing HSE performance in the Texas Gulf Coast region. Dustin also served as the HSE Supervisor at Pasadena Tank Corporation, where their duties involved managing health, safety, and environment practices.

In addition to their safety certifications, Dustin is also a licensed real estate agent and a Realtor in Texas.
